Awww! I always kept up the flower arrangements at my last job, and in the process of trying to cut off the pollen, I would always get it all over myself. Never anywhere conspicuous, of course, so I could wipe it off immediately. It would end up somewhere on the side of my sleeve where I wouldn't notice it until I spotted it in the bathroom mirror. 'Cause you know no one in the office will tell me that I have a huge orange stain on my sleeve.
However, not to be a downer, but I have a PSA for you as well -- lilies are extremely poisonous to cats if they eat them - any part of them, and even just a little bit. It causes kidney failure. I have had to find creative, non-cat accessible places for certain plants and flowers for that very reason.

ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious! Clearly, you needed no words to explain the situation!
ReplyDeleteRuh-roh Mommy.
ReplyDeleteOur of curiosity, was it an attack or a sniff that left the kitty looking like a clown?
ReplyDeleteToo funny! Sorry about your flower, though.
