scavenger hunt update

alas, i do not have good news on the scavenger hunting front...

my team and i (R.A.S.H. - Really Awesome Scavenger Hunters - motto: "we're itching to win!") didn't have a chance to get started on the hunt until the night before the final presentation, so while we had a fantastic time and actually got a ton of the stuff on the list, we fell a bit short of the impressive performances of some of the other teams. le sigh.

we did have a pretty sweet evening running around dc and va getting pictures and videos of all sorts of ludicrous scenarios, though. a few samples:

"Do exactly what the sign says:"

sign says "Caution: Please watch your step"

"I can't believe we all fit in here:"

"A member of your group carrying a stranger's packages/groceries to their car:"

"A member mock proposing to a stranger:"

despite these fantastic works of art, we were unable to beat out some even more impressive teams, and i was forced to hand over my prized horse-ass trophy. now i have to find something equally as awesome for my mantel. AS IF THAT'S EVEN POSSIBLE.

  5. Great photos!

I am sorry you guys lost and am so intensely jealous. Did I mention I participated in the Make A Wish foundation's scavenger hunt before I left DC? It was the most fun I'd had in one day by far. SO FUN.

I'll have to look up this particular hunt and schedule my annual visit to DC friends at the same time. Oh, yes I MUST.

    Good luck next year!

  7. that picture of the horse's ass is funny, but I can't tell if it is a photoshopped face or holes in the wall.
What the hell am I looking at????

The car, I am interested I can't make the make or model out. At first I thought it was a lexus, but the trunk lid is not lined. Is it a sentra?

I love scavenger hunts. The best one I did was in maui. 3 days and 300 miles. I didn't win.
