i love my life
the stress of the second half cost me about 15 years of my life, the taunts and outright hostility were alarming at times, and i sweated out about six times my body weight, but HOLY SHIT PEOPLE THE GIANTS WON AT FEDEX FIELD AND I WAS THERE. *dies happy*
Bossy gets, um, a little into her football team too.
ReplyDeleteOh Christ, my children, husband, and I thought we were all going to be jumped on a few years ago in Buffalo where our beloved Colts kicked the Bill's arses. It's crazy, but so satisfying, right?
ReplyDeleteSWEET!
ReplyDeleteI read in the paper this morning about the Redskins losing a huge lead over the Giants in order to hand them the game, and for real I thought of you and how you were there and how you were probably the only person cheering.
ReplyDeleteYea for you! (p.s. the Seahawks managed to win, too! yea for me!)
ReplyDeleteThe looks on your face and that random Skins' fan are priceless! Congrats on the win!
ReplyDeleteI'm with nilsa. That picture kind of sums up the game. I was sweating out the whole "And goal" sequence. I can't believe the defense held up, but now that I know you were there, I'm going to assume that they won specifically for you.
ReplyDeleteThat picture is so cool. I definitely love the dejected Skins fan in the background. SO GLAD it was everything you wanted it to be!
ReplyDeleteThat's the photo you should put on the front of this years Xmas card I think...
ReplyDeleteYeah, that guy on the left looks like a real sad sack.
ReplyDeleteThe Steelers won this week. *AGAIN* Somehow it just never gets boring.
I think I saw you on TV at that game.
